I had to go outside and stop a passer-by to ask. I wasted minutes and he passed away.

Before a child goes off to school at five or six, children ought to know the fundamentals like: the emergency number, not to talk to strangers, not to get into anyone’s car, that blood is dangerous and has to be treated and that bones break, so to take care when running about. Anything else would be a bonus.

However, both camps of dietitians agree that fish oil is good for you and in particular is helpful for decreasing LDL cholesterol and omega 6 overdose. Omega 3 is best found in oily, cold water fish like salmon, herring and mackerel.

They scrutinized more than 1,700 of these matters and found an unusual pattern. At least 1/3 of these children had been declared on tax returns by family members that are suspects for their kidnap. Many child abduction cases are still left up in the air and the children still gone.

A Senator and missing children’s advocate are working to contact law enforcement agencies. They suggested that tax returns of suspected abductors contain data that might show the way to the suspects. They also recommended that law enforcement agencies should be authorized to examine the tax return information of these “suspects”. They believe that these would assist solve the cases across the U.S.

The Senator argued that the state should not be strict in regards with keeping restricted tax return records. As they contain data that could likely lead to the solution of these cases they should be made accessible. The Senator is a former Hennepin County lawyer who describes overprotecting tax information data as making “no sense”. If the state would shield privacy, then it should also exhaust all feasible means in trying to find where these children are.

The children’s advocate lost a son named Jacob. He was kidnapped near their St. Joseph home in 1989 at age 11. He is still missing. The missing child advocate said that they don’t “care about jurisdictional boundaries” and all they think about as parents is “getting their child back”. The missing child advocate said this in a declaration in the course of the congressional panel hearing in support of the Senators bill.

The senator noted that some situations such as overdue student loans would allow the IRS to reveal tax information data. This is controlled as a list of exceptions in the tax code with regard to privacy. She further added that “there’s no reason why missing children shouldn’t be added to the list”. From the foregoing, it is obvious that there is a need to strike a balance between defending privacy rights and locating missing children.

While normally we write about using an anonymous proxy to protect your Internet privacy, child safety is more important than privacy. Nothing is more important than defending kids.
